They are spending money, time and efforts in learning the hard way, downloading books, CDs, software and ultimately going to free materials, which is end of any broke individual.
I have a sincere advice for them, please look for a right mentor, rather than going in circles or trying to join the jigsaw puzzle, which will never be complete, because they have not seen the real picture before. A mentor will guide you to the right direction. You may incur some amount of money, but I believe this amount will be much less the amount which one will spend in learning the knowledge from different other sources.
What I believe having a mentor is the best way to learn anything. We often forget the basic, which is, if one wants to learn something new he/she needs a teacher, like a kid, as we use to have. The people who really want to learn, they should take it as an education. This is an honest and sincere advice.
If anybody wants to learn a subject as a career, with the right approach and in an organized manner he/she should look for the mentor on internet, rather than searching the subject. I strongly believe that any one wants to learn anything be it science, business, or whatever you think of, one should have a mentor, who can guide in all areas of a particular field and in an organized manner.
